All merchandise is carefully packed in triple-wrap tubes/boxes and shipped via a certified parcel carrier. Trueartworks.com fully guarantees that your order will arrive in mint condition.

Our Return Policy

If you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason, please contact us immediately. You may return items for a refund or store credit within 30 days of receiving any merchandise.

Return Conditions

1. You have up to 5 days from the date order is received to initiate a return. To initiate a return, you must email us at: info@trueartworks.com and let us know you would like to return your order. Returned items must reach us within 10 days from the date return is initiated. Items received after 10 days will not be accepted for return. We will ship late items back to you. We recommend that you ship any items for return using a reliable carrier and tracking number and/or insurance. If the item(s) is lost or damaged, we cannot issue a refund.

2. When we receive your items, we will refund your order amount less shipping and handling fees. To qualify for a refund, ALL items must be returned in their original condition, including the original packaging and containers. We will not accept returns if packaging is not in its original condition - we will return such items to you. If you reject that return shipment, trueartworks.com reserves the right to liquidate the inventory and withhold credit. All costs related to return shipping must be paid by the customer.

3. We do not issue refunds on custom canvas transfer orders or on limited edition prints. We can offer exchange or 'in-store' credit only.
