Robert Karr has been making pictures and models of airplanes all his life. Growing up in Southern California during 1950s he had the opportunity to see (and hear) all kinds of odd things buzzing around the skies. A 1958 Christmas gift of an Aurora B-25 mA Hawk 75 of the American Volunteer Group , popularly kown as the flying tigers, runs up before a mission, 1942. The Hawk 75 was the export version of the US Army Air Corps' Curtiss P-40 Tomahawk.
