Alitalia/Aerolinee Italiane Internazionali
In May of 1947, Alitalia made its first flight, from Turin to Rome to Catania. It didn't take long for the Italian airline to join the international elite, as two months later they made their first Rome/Oslo flight. And in March of the following year, international flight was inaugurated with service to South America. Alitalia's proud heritage continues to this day and this Fiore design exemplifies the airline's commitment to excellence, a compelling vision of aeronautical reliability.
