Year of issue is approximated.A long forgotten excursion line up the Hudson is advertised with the view enjoyed by two rakishly dressed tourists, box camera and all. The Franklin Street pier is now Battery Park City; the 129th Street pier no longer exists; and describing the current Hudson as ""the river of mythical beauties"" may be something of an overstatement in today's world. Still, an excellent reminder of a less-harried era long gone by.
