Boxing match.A boxing match at the Folies-Marigny is announced by a strong design with only a few flesh-pink accents to relieve the black. The lines are simple but vigorously drawn, and it is regrettable that the artist is otherwise little known. His drawings and caricatures appeared in a number of Parisian journals of the day, and he pursued painting as well.
