The Path, Freres Phonograph Company was engaged in the manufacture of phonographs, phonographic records and radio equipment. They had a plant located in Brooklyn, New York. The company changed their name in 1922 to the Path, Phonograph & Radio Corporation. The Pathe brothers, Emile and Charles, utilized a rooster in the logo for their business, Pathe Freres Phonograph Company. Nipper appeared on all Victor products, and the red rooster appeared on all Pathe Freres Phonograph Company products.
