1957 Rouen les Essarts GP Poster
Four cars stream clouds of dust behind them as they speed around the course. The artist's name is preceded by indicating that this was Ham's design for another purpose adapted for this particular event. At any rate, it certainly captures the spirit of a tightly contested race, with the drivers jockeying for a favorable position around a curve. This was the 43rd running of the French Grand Prix, won by Juan Fangio in a Maserati, averaging just over 100mph.
