Frou-frou means ""rustle,"" and you can almost hear the swish of billowing petticoats in this provocative design for the magazine of that name. And if the stockinged limbs don't make you subscribe, those flirting eyes should do the trick. ""Frou-Frou"" was founded in 1900 and ran until the start of World War I in 1914; it was revived in the 1920s.
