In this wonderfully amusing design for an English Channel resort near Le Havre, a couple of promenaders on the boardwalk are understandably turning heads (human and canine); they've even made a young gentleman momentarily forget his own lady companion. Lauros career in graphic arts spanning 40 years -starting with contributions to Le Rire in 1907 and ending with film posters in the 1940s.
