An intriguing, swirling image captures the essence of the American dancer, as presented to the Parisian public in the 1890's.German born illustrator, posterist and writer Ferdinand Bac (his real name was Bach) had the honor of introducing American dancer Loie Fuller to the Parisian public at the Folies-Bergere on November 5, 1892. He met the challenge nobly, catching the intriguing kaleidoscope of colors with which she dazzled the public in her dance.
