1920 Spyker Automotive PosterVanderhem started out as a caricaturist, and some of that training shows up in the way he catches expressions, as well as in the way that he makes people the focus of his attention, rather than the product hes supposed to advertise. The Spyker brothers became, in 1898, the first Dutch car makers, and in 1902 they introduced the worlds first six-cylinder model, with a 4-wheel drive, yet. They went out of business in 1926, after which the Dutch didn't come up with anything automotive until the modern Daf. This is the larger format.
