1909 Woman Waving at BiplaneA pioneer in automotive poster art. Montaut had created hundreds of lithographs capturing scenes from major automotive, aeronautical and nautical events by 1910. They are full of motion, speed and tense energy--the very antithesis of this romantic image for a weeklong air show at Reims.
