A popular ad for the 1913 International Iceskating Championship in Davos.Koch had earlier done the poster for the 1906 International Iceskating Championship in Davos, using the same image with a much younger skater. The skater here has aged, but he remains as determined as ever and makes for a most striking poster image. Its popularity is attested to by the fact that it was still being used in 1925.
